FIGC renews partnership with TIM for a further four years

TIM and FIGC are staying together for the 20th consecutive year. For the next years, TIM will be Top Partner for all the Italian National Teams, including the Men, Women, Under-21s, Youth Team, Futsal Teams and Beach Soccer sides. The agreement was signed today by FIGC President Gabriele Gravina and TIM’s CEO Luigi Gubitosi at the Convention TIM which took place at the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome.
Those in attendance included the TIM President Fulvio Conti, President of the FIGC’s Technical Sector Demetrio Albertini, Under-21 National Team Coach Luigi Di Biagio, 1982 World Cup winner Antonio Cabrini, 1968 European Championship and 1970 World Cup runners-up Gianni Rivera and Giancarlo De Sisti and 2006 World Cup winner Marco Amelia.
"The FIGC is proud to announce the renewal of the partnership with TIM," announced the President Gabriele Gravina. "It’s the continuing union two great Italian institutions which invest in their fields in innovation and satisfying their stakeholders. One of the most interesting parts of the agreement regards the formation of a team to work on designing and developing innovative projects for the Italy team and football through the use of new technology."
